Here at fileone.ie we are pleased to deliver to anywhere in the Republic of Ireland including all major towns and cities such as Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Waterford, Mitchelstown, Tullamore, Portlaoise, Athlone, Letterkenny etc.
All deliveries must be signed for so please ensure someone is available.
FREE DELIVERY: On orders valued over €59.99 Orders below this will incur a small delivery charge of €5.95(Both charges exclude VAT).
Certain furniture, electronic products and hampers may incur a separate delivery charge.
As we allow for only one call to make delivery, please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to accept goods.

DELIVERY UPSTAIRS: File One are contracted to deliver to the stated address on the order. If your order is required on another floor, please include the relevant floor number on the order.
FURNITURE: Insurance covers fileone.ie to deliver furniture products to the ground floor only. If furniture needs to be delivered to a different level you will need to arrange this separately yourself. Please note that furniture items are delivered flat-packed and require self assembly.
SAFES & FILING CABINETS: Safes & Filing Cabinets are bulky and heavy items. Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the weight of the safe or cabinet being delivered and the ease of access to the building. There may be additional charges if two delivery people are required instead of one, whether there are steps leading into the building or if delivery is to a ground floor or an upstairs floor. When you buy a safe or filing cabinet File One we will contact you and ask you for some basic access information.
HOW DO I RETURN an item: The "cooling off" period is a period you have as an online consumer in which to make up your mind if you want the goods or not. By law, you have seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods in which you can cancel the contract. You do not have to have a reason to cancel - a simple change of mind is enough.
Please call 021 4966151 to arrange a return. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging, is unopened and in a re saleable condition. Damaged, faulty products and shortages need to be immediately brought to our attention. Due to health and safety regulations the following cannot be returned: food or beverage goods, biscuits, coffee or water, clothing, safety clothing,
